A professional drilling crew led by experienced supervisors, working to ROO and BP operating standards. A mobile rotation system keeps crews on location twenty-four hours — no lost time travelling between site and city — with a dedicated engineer and supervisor leading every programme.

Purpose-built rigs, redundancy built in
Drilling machines designed and built as rigs — never modified from other equipment. Four drilling vehicles keep jobs on schedule; a fifth stands by as a dedicated back-up. A mobile support unit deploys straight to location and lives on site until the work is complete.

Dr. Raad Al-Jarrah is the founder and owner of R.O.F.S and the Ryam Group — companies spanning oilfield services, training, civil works and construction. His career includes work alongside the International Committee of the Red Cross and leading international demining and logistics organisations. He established the group's founding company in Basra and built it into a capable Iraqi local partner for the international operators developing Iraq's fields — to the highest standard of conduct, and absolute punctuality.
